With over 20 years of experience in the maritime sector, Ioannis Martinos is CEO and Founder of The Signal Group. Prior to this, Ioannis worked at Thenamaris, one of the world’s most successful shipping companies. During his decade-long tenure at the company, Ioannis rotated through a number of technical management roles, before assuming the position of co-CEO in 2013. Ioannis holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University, and Aeronautical Engineering from MIT.
Serving as the Group CSO, Roussos combines deep strategic insight with a passion for shipping and technology, driving Signal Group's success in market analysis and strategic growth.
A seasoned technologist, Lucas has 20 years of IT and development experience under his belt. Lucas joined The Signal Group as CTO in 2014, and is responsible for leading the development of the Signal Ocean Platform. Prior to this, Lucas spent 13 years at Thenamaris, where he worked as a Systems Developer and IT Manager. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Westminster and a Master of Science in Advanced Methods in Computer Science from the University of London.
As the Group CFO, Kostas ensures the financial support and viability of the strategic initiatives that fuel Signal Group's ecosystem.
