Signal Maritime Aframax Pool Performance

Fair earnings distribution

Our technology enables us to accurately rate the vessels based on their characteristics and energy consumption profiles
Geographical & technical rating

All elements, including premiums for access to key restricted ports and technical specs, are accurately calculated and depicted in vessels' rating

Pool revenues are allocated on rating premium

Energy performance adjustment

By evaluating vessel consumption performance and comparing it to a benchmark vessel, we ensure that vessels with superior operational efficiency are rewarded accordingly

Pool revenues are adjusted based on energy peformance and benchmark voyage expenses

Flexible entry & exit

Each geographical position has acertain earnings potential, which takes into account the potential profits from all voyages a vessel in that position can embark on

Operational and environmental excellence

CII and EUA compliance

Our pools guarantee the minimum CII rating and provide end-to-end management of EUA requirements, ensuring full regulatory compliance

Energy performance

We monitor consumption performance in real-time, enabling us to optimise voyage operations, proactively maintain hull conditions, and achieve optimal port arrivals while ensuring cost-effectiveness

Commitment to ESG

As signatory of the Sea Cargo Charter since its first report in 2022, we maintain consistent alignment with emissions trajectory, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards

Post fixture management

With real-time monitoring of collections and outstanding payments, we ensure efficient risk management, high collection rates, and minimal delays. Our proactive approach to risk exposure sets the standard for industry best practices

KYC compliance

Our robust KYC process, conducted in collaboration with established third-party vendors and our in-house legal team, incorporates employee screening services and sanctions compliance to ensure thorough due diligence and regulatory adherence

Timely payments

We prioritise our pool partners' cash flow by ensuring timely payments. With robust credit lines in place, we offer swift settlements, ensuring 100% settlement of each month's distributions always within 30 days after the end of each month, while minimising capital costs
